Tax Software License Information
A product license key may be generated manually or retrieved online for tax software Products operated by license keys: a) The license key is issued by a unique PIN/Key pair for each installation; b) Once an installation is licensed, a number of up-to-license-allowed returns can be prepared; c) You can upgrade a purchased tax software product to the latest version for free (for the same year version) and the existing license key will continue working after upgrade; d) The license key is only for the tax software product purchased for a particular version, and can not be carried forward to other versions; e) The price for a product license is subject to change without prior notice.
Payment and Refund
The following terms apply for Services or Products offered on a payment or subscription basis. Payments, fees, and any other charges are described and billed on the Website in Canadian dollars. You may be contacted for further verification in order to complete the payment process. We may modify the applicable fee for our Services and Products at any time without prior notice.
You are encouraged to download and try our software products for free before making any payments. For Products operated by license keys, you are ineligible for a refund of any previous payments made for the product after a license key is sent manually or retrieved online. If the license key is not retrieved or sent yet, you may request a partial refund with $2 deducted as a payment processing charge per transaction.
Third-Party Services
For Services or Products that have features to connect to / import from third-party services, including the Canada Revenue Agency and others, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of the information downloaded or transmitted if you choose to use these features. We will not liable whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of these features.
